Detection of metal particles and subsequent rejection of the contaminated container is carried out without interruption to the production line. Rejected containers are automatically diverted from the main conveyor to the secure section, which is only accessible to your authorised personnel, by way of a security door on the unit. Should the quantity of rejects reach your pre-programmed limit, the line will be stopped. Restart can only be initiated by your authorised personnel, thus ensuring that the cause of rejection has been correctly identified, and appropriate actions taken as per your procedures.
