Non-compliance to any of the selected criteria is detected, the container is diverted to a reject conveyor. The diversion system, which is controlled by software developed by ACS Ltd, operates on a series of pneumatic selectors. These provide smooth passage of the container, thus limiting the risk of spillage or breakage. Frequency and type of non-compliance is automatically recorded for your information and necessary actions.
