28th May 2010, it acquired 100% of the shares of Aluminium Capping
Services Ltd (ACS). The acquisition is a major milestone in the history of Fords, and gives a great opportunity to continue enhancing both products and service levels to a global customer base. The acquisition will add new products to the Fords' portfolio.
